How do you find the one that’s right for your project? First we need to know what your overall project is and what you are looking for in the product. What style and what color(s) you want. Then we talk about design. The details of the design are key to getting you a proof of what you’d imagined. Through this process we also make sure that the product you selected is appropriate for the type of printing your project requires. Fabrics respond differently to heat and heat is required when creating custom products. We want to create a product for you that’s going to last.
What's our process to customize a product? Once we have all the detailed information we can create the digital image of your design. Then we send you the image and hope that what we created is what you imagined. 98% of the time we need to go back and make a few changes until it's just right. Once you approve and feel confident in the design we move forward with production. We order the products from our suppliers and depending on where they are available we pick them up or they are shipped to us. Once all the products and supplies have arrived, we then heat press all of your items in our shop.
Covid-19 affected everyone in so many ways. For screen printers our supply chains have been affected. The majority of manufacturers switched from producing garments to producing face masks and personal protective gear for our frontline workers and the world. While there was a decent supply of product for most of the summer and fall, it started to diminish. Thankfully it does seem that things are beginning to pick up a bit and the horizon doesn't seem as gloomy as it once did!
